I am available to officiate your wedding!

As an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), I am authorized to officiate your ceremony in New York state. I am available and willing to preside over Christian and secular ceremonies alike. As an open and affirming pastor, I do not discriminate against couples on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.

I am based in the Utica, NY area but can consider traveling throughout Central NY on a case by case basis for an additional travel fee. I am also certified to provide premarital counseling for an additional fee through Prepare & Enrich, which I highly recommend for all couples before their ceremony.

Fees:

The fees I ask to officiate can vary widely depending on the time required to meet your needs as a couple. Once we have talked over the phone, we can agree on a fair price together, but to give you a better sense of how I set my prices generally, see below:

• Simple Elopement/Vow Renewal: ~$200
• “Traditional” Ceremony (without rehearsal): ~$300
• “Traditional” Ceremony (with rehearsal): ~$500
• Travel costs: 70¢ per mile additional from greater Utica area, plus additional overnight fee if stay required for rehearsal
